Wedding Photography at St. Regis in Dana Point
Some think we just show up to a beautiful place and press a button and BAM... beautiful pictures! If it were that easy they probably wouldn't even need to hire us. On July 28th we had the pleasure of photographing Michael and Cherie's wedding in at teh St. Regis Monarch Beach Hotel in Dana Point California. It was an overcast morning (I love it because no harsh shadows!). We did the first look on the majestic staircase. You know I couldn't resist doing a little something special. Especially since I knew it was going to be a teaser image (the first one released within 24 hours). My second shooter Noel quickly positioned herself and got this shot of the bride descending the staircase. Here is the before and after.
I always worry that I take it too far. But then after a day I don't remember what the original one looked like.
